The mangazine project proposal will be pushed through after the AniMotion Event (October) as to everyone's agreement. Also, staff has been assigned for specific jobs for said mangazine.

- Artist of the Month -- 2 local indie artists will be featured every released issue
- Light Novels - short or chapter releases of stories
- Manga -- will include 1 or more titles of comics from local artists, only ONESHOTS for now
- Cosplay -- features on cosplay
- Help Page -- generally a 'questions and answers' page

To note, the mangazine will prioritize Negrense indie works to promote our local comic industry. This will be an independently published mangazine by NIKO members.
