| Sketch Day attendants, members and non-members joining forces to rule the world! |
Sketch Day has ended! A total of 17 people by mid-afternoon. That's a lot who came, and 9 were members. It was hours of talking, sketching, showcasing of artworks and buying props --- we occasionally had to buy food or drinks to keep the guard from having us leave since we took up a lot of space. XD
The venue was changed from the lagoon to McDonalds nearby due to unpredictable weather. More people arrived around lunch time. Started off with letting everyone be aware of the upcoming drawing contest and indie tiangge on October.
As more came, we then proceeded with a 2-hour (actually longer than that) sketching session of the characters we were thinking about at that moment. 17 people, minus 2 (one was a writer, the other the photographer) making it 15 pages of drawing.
Afterwards, a brief meeting was held between the members regarding the mangazine project, dubbed NIKOzine, which will be pushed through after AniMotion. Staff were assigned without trouble. A list of the NIKOzine staff will be displayed later.
